Oregon Mozart Players

A delightful excursion into repertoire connected to France opens with a charming arrangement of some of Rameau’s solo harpsichord works followed by a set of variations written by Alexandre Tansman in the spirit of Stravinsky’s Pulcinella. To close the program, newcomer Avery Gagliano brings to life the first of Mozart’s so-called great concertos, written for a pianist known by her French nickname, Babette.
